Veterinary Telehealth Platform

In veterinary hospitals, the vital communication process between pet owners and their veterinary teams usually goes through the clinic’s reception. This results in a bottleneck, primarily caused by the synchronous and often overwhelming influx of incoming communications, mainly managed through a limited number of phone lines and customer representatives. This problem, multiplied by low appointment availability, results in low-quality care for pets, which have become family members for their owners.

We partnered with Galaxy Vets to create a modern but minimalistic Pet Parent mobile application. The app aims to streamline communication between pet owners and their veterinary teams, improving care access. It ultimately gave the target audience peace of mind while recognizing their status as cherished family members.
